Signal test/Site surveys are performed on every location requesting a Denali Television wireless cable system installed. The signal test helps determine the quality of both the cable channels and the local channels. The site survey helps the installer to identify the special requirements for the location and what equipment will be required for successful completion of the installation.
The technician will leave a door tag indicating that they have been to your address, and whether or not the location will receive service.
Once the Signal test/Site survey has been returned to the office, the new subscriber will be contacted with a quote indicating what the installation will cost. You may schedule for an installation appointment at this time, or contact our office to make arrangements.
